Born and bred in England under the love of a British nun who befriended the Queen of England. Arnie loved his British life of prim and proper manners just as much as his visits to the Queen.
His nun recited bible verses and always started her day with the same verse, “This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.”
So, this is how Arnie starts his day, too. He also reads the bible every morning, just as his nun did and knows the power of prayer. Living with his British nun was his heaven on earth. She loved and spoilt him, endlessly.
When he moved to Africa with his British nun, he was devasted.
Thankfully, he soon met Gabriel and the two of them became great friends. It helped to take the edge off missing England.
When he went to live with Gabriel, it was bittersweet. He had to say goodbye to his beloved British nun but is so grateful to have Gabriel in his life.
However, having to adjust to farm life on Giftlands has been rather tedious. After all, he did grow up to be proper and to behave in a way that the Queen would be proud of.
Still, he does love those kids and he has met Tuti, loud as she is. Ms. Hennie is a rather interesting character. Not to mention Dario, the donkey who often behaves like a dog. He knows what the queen would say if she were here, “Arnie, my boy… just go with it!”
And so, he does.
