Tuti was found by Ms. Hennie under a tree on the farm. A helpless, baby African Grey parrot.
Ms. Hennie took care of all her birdlife needs on Giftlands Farm and named her ‘Tuti’ because she said it rhymed with ‘cutie’. From that time on, Tuti talked in rhyme.
She grew up alongside Dario, who seemed to have arrived as a baby, too. She thought he was a dog at first but as she got older, Tuti leant that he was a donkey.
Ms. Hennie has taught her how to love life and how to enjoy the passion of farm living.
As the kids came along, one by one, her life became happier and happier. The more, the merrier.
When Gabriel arrived with Arnie, well that made Tuti’s life feel complete.
Not only is Tuti proud to be African, but she is also proud to be full of the power of joy in most of the farm life acts and deeds!
